Question 1 : (Order) -It's my first time to import from China, how can I order?
Answer: Please e-mail us your order details to sales@motor-rhon.com , including model number, quantity, destination port (we need it to calculate the shipping cost), detailed requirements about the products you will order, consignee's contact information including detail address, telephone and fax number and e-mail address, notify party, etc. We will reply your order via e-mail ASAP.
Question 2 : (Order)-What is the minimum order quantity? Can I make sample order for test before my initial order?
Answer: We usually accept FCL order, but not fixed. Your mixture order with different models is allowed. Sample order is allowed before your first order, but the unit price for sample is USD/set higher.
Question 3: (Payment ) -What forms of payments do you accept?
Answer: We usually accept Two terms of payments below: T/T: Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer), 30% down payment, balance upon the fax of the bill of lading. But 100% paid off for sample order. L/C: Letter of Credit. Bank information is available by request.
Question 4: (Shipment) -How soon can we get the shipment?
Answer: It will take us 7 to 15 days to arrange production and less than 7 days to order shipping when we get the confirmation of your order. The shipping time depends on your destination place.
Question 5: (Cooperation)- What are the terms to be your sole distributor in our city, area, state or country?
Answer: If you can sell our products worth US$ 20,000 to 50,000 per month, you are welcome to be our sole distributor in your city or area. If you can sell our products worth US$ 50,000 or above per month, you are welcome to be our sole distributor in your state. If you want to be a sole agent in your country, we'll negotiate about the details.
Question 6: (Cooperation) -Would you like to be our OEM or manufacture the products with our own brand in your factory?
Answer: Yes, of course , we've do that for many customers before. Welcome to do OEM and please tell us your brand name or send us your logo.
Question 7: (Warranty) - What kind of warranty do you offer?
Answer: The warranty for the Engine is one year or under 10,000 km.
